1. What kind of denim products does AnyPro sell? We sell a curated range of denim clothing: jeans (straight, tapered, and relaxed fits), denim jackets, and a few woven shirts. All made from heavyweight selvedge or organic cotton blends, designed to last.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. What are your shipping options and times? Standard shipping costs $15 and takes 7-14 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before dispatch. We don't offer express shipping yet, but we're working on it.
4. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. Contact us first to get a return authorization. You cover return shipping unless the item is defective-then we cover it.
5. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and size.
6. How do I find my correct size? Our jeans run true to size but we recommend checking our size chart-measure your waist and inseam. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a tighter look. Our customer support can help you decide if you're unsure.
7. How should I care for my denim? Wash infrequently to preserve the indigo. When you do, turn inside out in cold water, hang dry, and avoid the dryer. This will keep the fabric strong and the color rich.
8. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Just email us with your order number and we'll process a full refund.
